By accessing or using Century Vision ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Century Vision is software that applies digital visual correction to your screen based on your entered prescription. It is provided for personal use only.

Century Vision is NOT a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any eye condition or disease. Always consult a licensed eye care professional for medical advice.

Use at Your Own Risk: This Service is experimental software. Your vision and eye health are critical. You use this Service entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any visual discomfort, eye strain, or any other visual or health-related consequences resulting from use of this Service. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any discomfort.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using Century Vision, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Access to full features may require a valid access code or active subscription. Access codes are tied to the email address they were issued to and are non-transferable.

Payments for subscriptions or access are processed securely through Stripe.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including unused subscription time, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the Service. Please review your purchase carefully before completing payment.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us and we will investigate, but we are under no obligation to issue a refund.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Share access codes with others for whom they were not issued.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific visual outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Century Vision and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any vision-related outcomes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
